Save is an SPB group (insurance broker) integrated repair service solution in 8 different countries, delivering BtoB, BotC and BtoBtoC diagnostic and repair solutions. Manage the French team & business and the European managing directors. Purchase the Save brand, develop a new brand identity, rebrand, restructure and unify the different business entities into "Save Store" and "Save Lab" (central repair). Transform and develop digital repair solutions (smartphone, tablet, laptop, game console, white and brown goods) to offer walkin, central and home repair solutions for BtoBtoC, BtoB and BotC customers. Develop and create a Save store and kiosk concept (180 franchise and 20 own stores in France). Restructure 2 central repair warehouses in France and a home repair solutions team (50+ service points in France). Manage The Phone House Belgium N°1 telecom retail business in Belgium (132 stores – 110 million Euro turnover - 600 employee) in a complex environment (Belgacom group acquisition Jan 2012 – under Competitive Commission constraints), to develop Proximus sales and prepare TPH for fusion within the Proximus – Belgacom group (Q1/Q2 2016). Increase Proximus market share from 25% to 80% in 4 years, achieve all expected financial targets, reduce losses from -7m€ to -2m€ with a constant decrease of the network's commissions during this period. Divestment of 25 The Phone House shops and 31 Carrefour shop in shop to “Your call” company (220 staff transfer - Competitive Commission obligations). Develop new partnerships with Fnac (9 Shop in Shop), Samsung Flagship store. Create and launch mobile insurance Belgacom group offer in the Phone House and Proximus stores. Negotiate with Telecom networks in a complex environment (TPH has multi-network). Develop a new IT/ ERP tool to deliver sales, logistics, data warehouse and financial tools (2 year project). Restructure TPH head office and warehouse (Relocate to Proximus group facilities), along with store closing and head office staff downsizing (productivity exercise). Negotiate all social plans with unions with no issue and with positive communications. Full P&L responsibility, overachieved year end group financial expectations (-50% loss reduction from -14m€ to -7m€). Manage 225 Best Buy Mobile and Future Shop Mobile Stores in Canada (80 Best Buy and 145 Future Shop). Turnover 200 million dollars (+ 70%), Operating income increased from $ 6 million to $ 26 million. 550 000 mobile phone sold (+ 30 %), Centralised Mobile Networks negotiations (Bell , Rogers, Telus, Koodo, Virgin Mobile), Reduce “Network Clawback” from 20% to 5% (+10 million dollars positive impact). Introduce successfully the 100 m2 stores concept and increase market share from 5 to 10% . Lead the operational BBY and FS team, coordinating support with other VP and Senior Vice president and 800 salesforce employees. Build and present Best Buy Mobile budget to Best Buy and CPW group.
