Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege to gain a huge amount of experience in B2B and DTC business development, whilst flourishing in senior leadership positions. I have had the pleasure to live and ply my trade in multiple countries, all whilst gaining firsthand knowledge to nuances of trade, consumer requirement and cultural differences across international markets. I have been personally responsible for 100+ trading locations and online points of sale, including markets across Asia, Africa, Americas and Continental Europe. I have delivered successful key growth including; Expansion strategy & new entity establishment; Location sourcing; Partner & supplier set up; Commercial contracts & Property lease negotiation; Wholesale development, Agent & Distributor Integration; Franchise development, Product Licensing as well as a thorough understanding of HR / Legal practice, Payroll, Brand marketing and Merchandising across multiple countries. I am proud to say I have discovered and nurtured some extremely talented Senior Leaders, as well as continue to support the management, mentoring, & development of successful International teams. My skill set includes: P&L Management, profit deliverables and the planning & delivery of financial & territorial budgets. Growth strategies and programs, including 5/10 year planning. I also sit on a number of committees in order to best support cross functional planning and execution. Consolidation and operational efficiency are equally important aspects of my role. E-commerce and digital integration also play a large part in what I bring to any organisation, and I have been involved in a number of digital innovation projects, as well as the set up of a number of Digital, Drop-ship & Marketplace partnerships across multiple regions.
