Joe and the Juice allowed me to gain many new skills and enhance the ones I had already acquired from my previous experience. There were many recipes to learn which meant memory was challenges here however this gave me the opportunity to improve on my information retention. With the barista training that was provided I was able to learn how to make all basic coffees, iced coffees and matcha. Acquired the knowledge of cleaning the coffee machine. Further strengthen my ability to work under pressure by managing rush periods in a fast-paced environment. Learned all the hygiene procedures for food preparation, was able to execute an open and close of the bar.
