The exploration into a managerial role has been a most incredible experience. I gained strong organisational skills, managing multiple projects whilst adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards for presentation. I also improved my teamwork and communication skills and learning to effectively lead a team in order to execute cohesive visual strategies. The success in the Vm set ups of my past 2 stores led me to gain the role of VM ambassador for the region, where I now support other teams in visual roll outs.
