- Reporting to a group of French Association which are FrancEclat (Jewellery, Watchmaking and Tableware), the French Furnishing Association , the French Shoe Association , the French Leather Goods Association , the French Association of Women's Ready-to-Wear and PROMAS (the French Association of Men's and Children's Ready-to-Wear) - Promotion and development/implementation of French brands in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia with business support, market researches, retail visits and business meetings with local actors. - Creation of various documents to report back to the French Lifestyle Associations : market studies, newsletters, mapping of major ASEAN companies, mapping of French and competing brands settled locally. - Participation in different international fairs and events accross the countries. - Management of the French Fashion Corner account with promotion of French brands and French fashion in general.
- Development of collections with the different teams (Studio, Product Assortment, and Industrialization) and manufacturers. - Helping in the preparation process of the collections: organization, coding (PLM and ORLIWEB tools), realization of meeting supports, coordination and management of the products in the showroom. - Management of Press, Image and Digital loans (FGPS software). - Realization of studies: qualitative and quantitative analyses of post-showroom purchase results, studies on hardware pieces. - Ad-hoc analysis, competitive intelligence.
- Helped in the development of Custom-made Leather Goods products and their packaging with the different teams (Studio, Workshops, Commercial...) - Coordination and implementation of the Know-How Box project. - Archiving of the Custom Products. - Implementation of a piloting system for the hardware pieces used for the Custom-made Products
