I thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and am flexible with tasks and schedules. Basic French and Arabic.
Currently a supervisor at Miniso in White City Westfield
I worked at Claire's for almost 2 years, I was a hired as a sales assistant at first in December of 2023 and then in July of 2024 I was promoted as a supervisor and by August 2024 I passed my training and got given my keys, so I'd been a supervisor for toughly about a year and half at Claire's. Being a member of management has really boosted my level of confidence, and it's really improved my leadership skills on days where I had to run the store myself, which I know will helped me a lot especially if I ever though about being a manager or assistant manager in the future. Working at Claire's helped me understand how to delegate a team and how to manage and support the rest of my colleagues that worked beside me.
I worked In Poundland for a year, I specialised in doing deliveries on the shop floor and being a cashier, so I had to learn how to task around the store whilst still doing customer service and helping customers out when being a cashier. The biggest thing I learnt whilst working there was time management, everything was very fast paced at that job, so I had to quickly adapt into doing more than one thing at time whilst still getting all my tasks complete before the end of my shift, which has definitely helped me in other jobs that I have worked after being at Poundland.
Card Factory was my first retail job and my first job in general. Worked as a part time sales assistant for almost a year and in that time I learnt a lot of skills including customer service, doing deliveries being a cashier and how to handle money which helped me develop and grow a lot throughout my years of working.
