I have hands-on experience as a Primark Shop Assistant, supporting customers, managing returns, and maintaining high shop floor standards. I’m adaptable in busy retail settings, confident with menswear, womenswear, accessories, and footwear, and thrive in high street environments to maximise sales through excellent service.
Handled maintenance on multiple different shop floors, involving folding numerous clothes, handling dropped items and correctly arranging items and clothing onto different shelves and hangers, coordinating with other members of staff to ensure efficiency. Completed returns from fitting rooms, correctly distributing clothes and other items to the correct locations. Spoke with and assisted many different customers each shift, providing the correct advice and directions.
Attended meetings from different teams in the bank, gaining an understanding of the increasing significance of CTPs within financial markets. Completed research project on the Digital Security Sandbox, examining how blockchain can improve the efficiency and speed of trading and the settlements of financial assets, whilst cutting costs and lowering risks.
Supported the lead teacher throughout the class, helping to advance Maths, English and Reasoning skills in 11+ students, leading the majority to success with exams. Marked work for 20+ students a week, analysing for areas of weakness that required further consolidation. Strengthened communication skills through working closely with students, parents and teachers.
Underwent brain MRI scan as a healthy volunteer to provide comparisons for patients diagnosed with epilepsy, specifically focusing on comparatively analysing differences in brain regions and connections.
