Pepa London is a luxury childrenswear brand that combines traditional British styles with Spanish craftsmanship. I organised cohesive marketing communications through cross-team coordination, with overall strategy from Head of Digital and stock analysis from Product Merchandiser. I briefed copy and visuals from Brand & Social Manager and Head of Graphics. I presented weekly to the wider company on the progress of email KPIs - including Open Rate, Click Rate, Revenue, Orders, AOV - and conveyed analysis that informed future strategy. In particular, I took ownership of email and social communications of the founders' international branding trip. This included utilising my mastery of Klaviyo campaign building and audience segmentation.
rlvd.com is a circular luxury fashion resale marketplace that launched in 2023 as part of Parker Lane Ltd. excess inventory management (est. 2010). My role at this startup was broad, and included: Marketing Communications - develop a comprehensive analysis of target demographics and a cohesive strategy for moving towards entirely new content with the goals of increasing followers, engagement and sales Fashion Copywriting - measure and write detailed descriptions of garments; editing and proofreading. Hiring - create job descriptions, screen and interview candidates. Project Management & Office Admin - handle logistics of an office move (research, compare, negotiate quotes for multiple jobs). Workflow Organisation - develop efficient workflows for a fast-growing team and evolving processes; create visuals to be distributed Website Development - work with developers to enhance visuals and functionality of website front-end and back-end
Email Marketing - execution of regular email communications through mastery of email design, segmentation and e-commerce flows in Mailchimp and Klaviyo. ACTION: increased the amount of monthly newsletters, diversified their content and implemented a system of automated emails RESULT: 500% increase in revenue from email during my time there, as compared to the previous period RESULT: increased the click rate to 2.2% (industry average is 1.92%) RESULT: increased the open rate to 42%(industry average is 16.65%) Creative Marketing - conceptualised, planned and executed monthly marketing campaigns across social media, website and in-store events.
