Lead research for key European markets (FR, UK, DE) Work closely with Central Brand team, marketing teams across regions and Research partners to develop global Deezer brand positioning
Lead campaigns from creative briefing to concept and production (including TV Commercials, print, digital, POSM) Project management to ensure the successful launch of all Samsung flagship models (S Series, Note Series, Tablet) Build relationship with senior clients
Support Planning Director in uncovering consumer insights, creative brief writing and briefing Collaborate with regional offices to localize Global communications strategies
Set up, recruit, manage and mentor the Strategic Planning team, consisting of 2 junior strategists Driving force on trends and consumer insights to feed in brand strategy, creative brief development and pitches Articulate and localize Global brand strategies to reflect the reality of local market situation and cultural insight Develop brand positioning, brand strategy, brand book and integrated campaigns for key clients in CPG and Pharmaceutical Lead brainstorm, strategy and ideation workshops with internal creative team and external client Lead strategic pitches spanning across APAC
Plan and execute research projects from proposal preparation, sample design, focus group moderation to reporting Prepare and present research findings to senior clients
Build and up-skill the brand strategy team in France to support local business objective while aligning with teams across Europe, North America, MENAT and APAC, ensuring collaboration, scaleability and effectiveness Build inspirational narratives and thought-leadership topics informing brands and agencies with the opportunity TikTok brings to brand-building, owning the cultural zeitgeist, driving campaign performance and facilitating creativity. This is achieved through partnership with the Marketing Science and Product teams using insights from Global Web Index, 3rd party studies, TikTok internal data and Trend watch platforms Lead on strategic verticals for France including Luxury, Beauty, Entertainment, Tech and Travel. Build relationship with Chief Strategy Officer and senior clients (CMOs, Marketing Directors) to inspire them of the value driven by TikTok and establish TikTok as an indispensable part of the media plan from an owned, paid and earned perspective
