As a London College of Fashion student skilled in customer service and communication, I thrive in fast-paced environments. My experience as a barista and server has honed my ability to maintain organisation under pressure, communicate effectively to understand customer needs, and handle complaints in a calm and diplomatic manner, making me eager to apply these skills in a retail setting combined with my knowledge of trends and fashion.

Dasol worked for me over summer. She was reliable, worked as part of a team and worked well under pressure in a very busy cafe.
Dasol is a very conscientious student and has produced very impressive assignments which are well thought through and demonstrate creativity. She is very engaged in the topics we cover and has explored and showed a good understanding of some of the key global issues that impact on the fashion industry in the current climate. She also shows an interest in wider cultural events and attends activities outside of her studies to broaden her knowledge of the fashion industry. Her attendance is excellent and she is a good team member as well as working independently. She is a very mature and bright student and I would recommend her in any professional role going forward.
