• Running my own business brought many challenges however knowing I was actively participating in the betterment of individual's health makes it worthwhile. Dependability was heightened as I had to cover for colleagues on various occasions.
• I was an agent for positive change as my main responsibilities included; supporting children throughout their academics, liaising with parents and managers to ensure all objectives are met and working alongside colleagues to guarantee students the best delivery of learning.
