In my recent role as a Visual Merchandiser, I made data-led decisions using tools such as Excel and unique reporting systems to drive product visibility and increase sales. I recently completed a fashion-focused Excel course to deepen my skills in stock movement analysis, product sell-through, and trend forecasting. I have been a Visual Merchandiser for 2 years in 4 different cities in London, Bath, Birmingham and also internationally in Vienna, Austria. Because of my experience of working constantly with new teams, data, store capacities and stock levels, I am highly adaptable and have impeccable attention to detail. I am used to working in an extremely fast environment, I am always thinking three steps ahead and I can adapt to new ideas, skills and strategies very quickly and efficiently. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills as I have worked with many visuals from other UK stores as well as international visual managers, head of image for the UK and Ireland and head of brand. Together we carry out trend and competitor analysis in order to understand the market, customer demand and how the brand can boost profits effectively. I am motivated to produce the best results for my team and have often been recognised for my creativity when it comes to suggesting new ideas.
