Drove product and release strategy for SaaS FinTech software in support of company mission. Worked closely with development teams to direct rollout of releases to schedule and specification. Futura Defence - Ministry of Defence consultancy Built, designed and maintained forecasting models for Ministry of Defence (MOD) clients relating to logistics, training, recovery and hardware upgrades. Performed QA on UI built for products and trained colleagues. Key accomplishments: • UK MOD – Built model tracking and optimising recovery and rehab of forces returning from combat • UK MOD – Managed redesign of legacy training model to increase functionality and optimise capability • Australian Navy – Led project and built forecasting model to optimise training and promoting of personnel and ensure capability availability on hardware • Australian Navy – Supported design of a forecasting model to change legacy for new hardware, and required personnel training for new equipment • Supported installation of data analytics and SaaS tools at client sites Sirius Minerals - Fertiliser Mining Project Conducted research and analyses into various financial, market and operational aspects of the project. Worked with the financial, technical, marketing and corporate teams, and produced Board, Opex and Capex reports. Researched possible product stream options and strategies for Feasibility. Key accomplishments: • Built a valuation model of the project (with forecasts and scenarios) increasing the value by 60% • Developed an algorithm to generate chemically and financially viable product options • Analysed logistical constraints and shipping options to optimise downstream business strategy • Prepared cost-benefit and budgeting analyses to track finances and manage cash burn • Audited contractor reports and identified areas to cut costs and fuel theft • Merged external consultants’ Opex and Capex models and reports for unified expenses report

Produced business and strategic solutions for mining and energy sectors with specialised modelling software. Developed model templates (IP) to improve future project processes and implemented ToC and Lean methodologies during management projects.
