I bring strong retail experience in high street beauty and pharmacy settings, excelling in customer service, sales, till operations, and visual merchandising. I’m flexible with shifts, adept at stock management, and able to communicate in Pashto, Persian, Hindi, and Urdu at a basic level.
This role was inclusive of providing customers with a luxury experience from start to end. Greeting customers upon their arrival, helping them locate prescribe or over-the-counter medications or suitable alternatives, and informing them about new product arrivals, upcoming promotions, and the pharmacy's reward program. Creating a comfortable atmosphere for customers. Building a strong relationship with customers from start to end but also the after care. Excellent maintenance on the shop floor, till, medication display and processing/sorting out new stock of medication, making sure it is fully tidy and presentable. Being flexible to cover any shifts, do over time and also working during busy periods. I was able to reach my own personal daily store targets whilst also supporting my team members to achieve theirs too.
