I was able to work my way up from Team Member for the first six months of my employment, then up to Keyholder and shortly after Supervisor. I would regularly work on the shop floor with customers throughout the day including promotions, foods, coffees and general customer service. This also included me having to maintain the venue, management on shop floor monies and after closing check to match all the data from our in built system.
to Clients I was doing the physical work, the painting and decorating but alongside I would converses with customers about their ideal plan either via telephone or in person and have general conversation to make sure the keep customers in the good books.
