Oversee daily hotel operations when the manager is absent. • Supervise, train and motivate front office and housekeeping. • Prepare staff rotas, manage attendance, and ensure adequate coverage. • Support recruitment, onboarding and performance review. • Prepare daily, weekly or monthly reports on occupancy, revenue and expenses. • Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory for amenities and supplies. • Time management and multitasking. • Knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene regulations. • Proficiency in POS and booking systems.
