Global Leadership and Communication: Interacting globally with designers and marketing team from USA, UK, India, Bangladesh, Guatemala and Vietnam offices. to align with upcoming trends and future developments. Trend Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct trend research and analysis to anticipate future trends and drive product development initiatives. Product Development: Oversee the end product development process, from concept ideation to final presentation. Collaborate closely with multinational teams to translate designs concepts into commercially viable products. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers from China, Taiwan, Korea and India. Materials sourcing, negotiate prices and monitor logistic process.
