As a professional sale assistant I had variety of different roles and responsibilities. I was providing customers with advice on the right products for them, whether it's apparel, shoes, or cosmetics as well as dealing with customer complaints, and escalating the issue to management level if necessary. In addition I was assisting with in store merchandising as in taking in deliveries and filling out stock orders. Moreover , I was responsible in managing cash registers in the store.
