Whilst working for this company I had covered various roles making my managers really proud, I made sure the store was organised and replenished, keeping all the requests running smoothly so the customers were satisfied, I kept the stockroom undercontrol by keeping the 25 low.
Working in Costa Coffee definitely created me the person I am today, from being a normal barista all the way up to a Supervisor I had gained so much experience through these 5 years, not only how to deal in serious situations but how to lead a team, I Have learned excellent customer service skills, met various people with different abilities, It was my responsability to open and close the store, count the tills, send money to the cash collectors, and also order stock and organise the store! However since it’s been long 5 years I would love to learn more things and gain more experience in different jobs therefore I am searching for a new place I could call my career!
While Studying childcare I had taken part in doing Work experience, I learned about children's needs, I taught children how to read and write, how to dress up, I created activities with them, helped them eat and changed their nappies, I also put children to sleep for nap time and also kept track on individual children's progress, feedbacking to the parents!
