Adidas

As a designer working for adidas, my main responsibility is to design apparel to meet the needs of the market place, contributing to the sales and profitable growth of the company. This involves initiating and developing concepts relating to specific trends. An important aspect of this is to visit our competitors to examine ranging propositions and identify the trends prevalent in each of the international markets. Additionally, meetings are held with buyers from the sports/fashion retail sector to determine their requirements and present conceptual designs.

Worked in the same group - Design Manager, Timberland
Nov 2013 - Jan 2016

I had the pleasure of working with Tej at Timberland, where we were part of the same team. Tej is an exceptional Design Manager who consistently combines creativity with strong strategic thinking. He has a great eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand identity, which allows him to develop designs that are both innovative and commercially relevant. Beyond his technical skills, Tej is also highly collaborative and brings positive energy to every project, making him a fantastic colleague to work with. During our time working together, I was always impressed by his professionalism, reliability, and ability to deliver high-quality work even under tight deadlines. Any brand would be fortunate to have him contribute his talent and perspective. I highly recommend Tej and would happily work with him again in the future.
