REGION LOCAL: Europe, USA, Middle East REGION GLOBAL: LATAM, ASEANIA, Korea, Japan THIRD PARTIES: Wholesale, Franchising Digital & Media Budget • Management Media Partners relationships, through recurrent updates on brand projects and calendar • Manage the day-to-day relationship with Third Parties ADV for all online and offline media activations • Evaluation of the various media plan proposals from partners, in relation to the budget allocation, the shared brief, the objectives to be achieved and the estimated KPIs • Negotiation with the various partners to find the media partnership proposal that best meets the brand objectives and needs, from an image, positioning and budget perspective • Local and Global Markets’ coordination to implement business goals on ADV level Media Partnership Management • Participate in weekly media relations team meetings and assist with follow-up • Assist in coordinating media partnership end-to-end process - from media plan, creative concept to shooting management and approval steps with Talent, Celeb and Production externally; and with PR, Merchandising, Talent&Celeb and Brand Marketing internally • Support Local and Global Markets to coordinate media partnerships process with different internal stakeholders • Managing invoice payments to suppliers and partners in the manner and within the timeframe stipulated in legal contracts - in connection with the Administration and Legal internal office • Suggest innovative ideas for media activation Performance Review • Support marketing and media recaps, pull reports and stats on campaign performance, and extract insights and learnings to be applied towards future activities • Scheduling performance review calls with Local and Global Markets, Media Partners and Third Parties
REGION: Europe, USA, Japan + Licensing • Help the Global Media team in the collection of monthly and ongoing reports from Regions, to make sure media plans match their business objectives and business goals • Provide regular reports and presentations to the Global Media team • Help on the collection of assets and copies for Media editorial calendar to be shared with Regions • Coordinating the production process of advertisements (print, paid social, display, OOH) according to the Global media plan and approval of the related ads previews • Be able to understand which assets are user-driven and work best in terms of formats and creativity according to the channel to be used • Monitoring, evaluation and approval of media plans and branded content of media partners, distributors and licenses (mainly Fossil, L'Oréal, Scavolini, Marcolin) • Day-to-day communication with Regions and the Media Centre for the different stages of campaigns (brief, collection of assets and copies, evaluation of the media plan, implementation, reporting) • Keep up to date with media trends, technology, innovation and proactively propose new ideas
