Supervised freelancers from first contact to final deliverables to ensure brand consistency. • Managed timelines and project schedules for development and production phases.
• Assembled items of the current collection and custom orders (denim jeans, longsleeves, stretch bodies, skirts) with corresponding finishes (double stitching, surging, adding eyelets and rivets). • Quality control, supervision of the pieces shipped from production. • Fabrics sourcing, pattern altering, scaling and proofing; assistance with assembly of the custom orders for ShyGirl, Madonna's Tour, Kylie Jenner, Ariana Grande. • Performed textile manipulations and textile art: bedazzled garments, working with bridal/partywear fabrics, foil appliqués, custom dyeing, leather goods, pleats, distressed fabric.
A lean startup launching onto the European market, aiming to address the sustainability through the lens of versatile elegant pieces, fitting every day's needs. Reporting to the owner, I was aiding across sales and inventory functions, as well as managing PR and brand's social media presence. • Designed and presented the brand's proposal for Barcelona Fashion Week. • Managed branding and commercial representation materials, including copywriting for all marketing, social media, and introductory documents. • PR outreach: secured publications in Marie Claire France, SickyMag, Vein. Secured the brand's representation by a multi brand retailer. • Led analytics on paid advertising efforts; integrated Google Analytics and prepared ROI and sales performance reports. • Led planning, coordination, and postproduction of marketing campaigns and lookbooks; drafted content for social media and brand communications; conducted in-depth interviews for brand positioning research. • Supplier sourcing, inventory and sales management (Shopify, Instagram Shop).
• Development of the runway pieces from deadstock as part of the "pre-loved / re-made", over 6 garments shown at the Brand's presentation on Copenhagen Fashion Week, covered by Vogue Scandinavia. • Sampling of the applicable upcycling techniques (chording, gathering, deconstruction etc), brainstorm of the Re-made logo, moodboard composition and inspiration research as per announced theme. • Research of the use of particular deadstock garments - polo shirts into shorts, cotton patchwork into a bag, lace underwear into dresses and tops.
