You will contribute to developing and elevating the brand by creating differentiation, reinforcing desirability and creativity in all outputs reaching the end consumer in an ambitious global Marketing approach oriented towards the international.

The main mission is :

- Manage the strategic axes defined with the general management

- Collaborate with the Style and Merchandising departments (Marketing of the offer)

- Coordinate & lead the Communication, Operational Marketing & CRM team on a daily basis by encouraging everyone's contribution to the achievement of objectives and the implementation of new projects.

- Coordinate & lead weekly 360° meetings bringing together the Offer, Marketing, Digital & Retail departments in order to align the Group's marketing & communication actions.

- Work closely with the retail / Outlet sales department and the Group's Digital Department in order to be support & support in their development in France and internationally with a focus on communication (CRM, Media - social and influencers - and PR) and operational retail.

- Manage new innovative marketing concepts or launched products: retro-planning of projects, management & animation of teams, brainstorming & collaborative work with the Digital Department & all services related to 360° meetings, management and monitoring of press relations , monitoring of internal communication, operational & relational marketing, optimisation of customer data management (CRM) as part of our new brand platform.

- Carry our collections internationally by refining our knowledge of consumers and by considering and placing our message and our Free Spirit style as a Territory.

With a higher education in Commerce/Marketing, you have solid experience in the role of Marketing Director M/F and have successfully supported & coordinated your teams by giving them meaning and making them grow.
