Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our store team at La Vallée. Your role will involve developing and maintaining loyal customer relationships, boosting sales, and delivering positive business outcomes with a strong focus on service and attentiveness.To this are added specific tasks in visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute omni-channel services.
  • Welcome and guide customers, ensuring a seamless customer cycle and top-tier client experience.
  • Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets.
  • Maintain administrative procedures and efficiently manage inventory.
  • Support on in-store visual merchandising.

Candidate Profile

  • Excel in team environments, embracing feedback for growth.
  • Show curiosity and adaptability in dynamic settings.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understand customer needs to cross-sell and close sales.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience in customer-facing roles in retail or hospitality.
  • Proven history of driving sales and delivering excellent service.
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling.
  • Fluent in English, with work proficient French required. Additional languages, especially Mandarin or Korean, are a plus.
  • Prior experience or sensitivity to visual merchandising.
