This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our Global People Development topics, with the team based in London. The team are responsible for defining our People Development philosophy, building strategy and tools, and animating key topics including Performance and talent management – including facilitating the Global Talent Day with our Leadership Team, career development, talent acquisition and succession planning.
In the coming months, the current team is expecting resource disruptions and is looking for reinforcement to help deliver on several critical and strategic topics.
• Participate in the animation of our global talent cycle, including global Talent Days and local/ regional/ functional cadences and contribute to defining our global governance
around Talent topics
• Work with entities to build robust succession pools and development programs for
critical leadership positions across the House
• Shape the Global Talent Day agenda, and coordinate data gathering to consolidate a relevant focus for the session
• Explore talent Management systems to improve our practices, data analysis and overall efficiency, in close collaboration with the Global People Solutions Team
• Contribute to global programs, e.g animate the Performance cycle, develop assets and frameworks to support our People in navigating their career...
• Project manage global top priorities around career development

Minimum requirements
Master’s degree
Solid experience in HRBP and/ or People
Development-related role
