Sales Associate – Flagship Store (Fixed-Term Contract to Permanent Contract)

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at a renowned French Luxury Fashion Brand. This position is available immediately as a fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Warmly greet customers and introduce them to the brand’s history.
  • Build and maintain exclusive relationships with clients, guiding them in their selection process.
  • Present complementary products to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage sales with professionalism and confidence.
  • Collect and input CRM data for individual customer follow-up.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and stock levels.
  • Participate in in-store events.

Visual Merchandising

  • Adhere to merchandising standards.
  • Organize product displays and sales areas.

Cash Management and Stock Control

  • Maintain an impeccable environment for cash handling.
  • Manage stock on a daily basis (restocking, organization).

Candidate Profile

  • Commercial or specialized education with experience in a luxury brand (minimum 2 years).
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment with excellent knowledge of the luxury industry.
  • Team spirit, strong communication and interpersonal skills, responsiveness, autonomy, versatility, and punctuality.
  • Excellent level of English.
  • A strong product orientation is highly desirable.
