Role Summary

Keris is in search of a candidate who can effectively strategize and execute social media activities. The position requires comprehensive involvement in digital communication, strategy, and print aspects, as well as collaboration with partners and tracking key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Digital Communication

• Social Media: Scheduling, messaging, content creation, media handling, and social media advertising (SMA).
• Retail Partners: Collaborating and preparing communication materials.
• Influencers: Evaluating collaboration possibilities, deciding partnerships, timing, and budgeting.
• Community Management: Managing LinkedIn and Instagram.

Strategy

• Brand Guidelines: Development for partners.
• Customer Journey: Guiding both B2C customers to retailers and recruiting new B2B retailers.
• Website: Enhancing user journey, increasing visits, directing customers to partners, and improving SEO.

Print

• Updating catalogs.
• Creating flyers for events.

Partners

• Crafting a quarterly newsletter.
• Managing a communication timeline: Content post-signature, follow-ups, etc.
• Monitoring and reporting on partner activities: Posts, followers, collaborations.
• Conducting questionnaires for satisfaction surveys and feedback on new products.

KPIs

• Defining and tracking communication performance indicators.
• Monitoring competitors’ performance on similar metrics.
