An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized individual to join the Talent Acquisition team of a famous Auction House. This role will be the newest addition to the dynamic and fast-growing global team. This role is a twelve month temporary contract.

THE ROLE

The Recruitment Coordinator will support the UK & EMEA based Talent Acquisition team for all recruitment in the region, providing end-to-end support on both the internal business and external candidate processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidate Experience: Manage the candidate experience; drives the coordination, and communications for scheduling all candidate interviews
  • Generating, drafting contract and paperwork for candidates
  • Support the Senior Recruiters in administrative tasks and applications shifting
  • Posting jobs on and updating our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Assisting with reports to support and track recruitment performance
  • Support internal and external communications so we attract the best and most relevant talent in the market
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the improvement of recruitment processes and activity
  • Partnership with HR team to support onboarding of new hires from offer to start
  • LinkedIn and other external posting sites management

IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred ( Coordinator, team assistant)
  • Ability to prioritize workload with a high level of efficiency and accuracy throughout
  • Ability to act quickly and promptly to a multitude of requests
  • Experience managing and updating systems
  • A self-starter and resourceful approach
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience within a recruitment environment preferred
  • Experience of high-volume administration and/or coordination
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a team player
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • One year plus experience minimum in a similar coordinator role is required
