Senior HR Business Partner - Fashion & Beauty - LONDON - 1 Year Contract/ Freelance

This opportunity calls for an experienced HR professional that has dealt with Change and people management. Ideally looking for a minimum of 7 years of experience and coming from a large company (Fashion)

The company is the at the pinnacle of fashion, so being an agile and hands-on character is Needed for this role. You will be supported by the senior HR management within the brand, and need to be proactive and adhere to their great expectations.

As stated, this role is a contract-based opportunity for up to a year, and a possibility of becoming full-time if all aligns.

Some of the key accountabilities :

 • Business Partnership: Partner with the F&B leadership team to drive and deliver the People agenda for the F&B Division.

 • Change Management: Lead and manage all change activity within the F&B Division by offering both strategic and tactical support as required.

• Regional People Plan: Support the Regional HR Director to drive the People priorities in the Region by working closely with the specialist teams to deliver all key projects.

• Divisional Activity: Pro-actively lead Divisional people activity such as recruitment and onboarding, people development, talent management and employee relations. Upskill and coach the leadership team and their people managers where necessary.

• Data Insights: Leverage data analytics to drive HR and business strategy around retention, productivity and talent management.

 • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion Diversity and Inclusion and ensure it is at the center of the F&B Divisional working practices.
