About The Role

The Retail Sales Consultant has the primary responsibility to launch the brand in a vibrant department store, introducing the brand and product range to an entirely new customer base. We are looking for a special individual to be a true Brand Ambassador of the brand, using storytelling and excellent selling skills to build lasting customer relationships and contribute to brand's commercial success and goals.


About you

We are looking for a true Brand Ambassador, someone who understands how to connect with clients with exceptional customer service and communicate the many aspects of the brand's story. This will be a debut concession space, so it is essential that you are a passionate seller who is driven to own and build the brand.

 

Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills

●      Experience in customer service environment e.g., retail, hospitality

●      Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes

●      History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team

●      Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships

●      Working knowledge of the wellness and fragrance industry

●      Passion for wellness, fragrance and home categories (advantageous)

●      Strong communication skills

●      Excellent problem-solving skills

●      Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
