As the business move forward we are open to this role being fully remote. Wherever the successful candidate may be they will be expected to officially work LA hours or as close to as possible. Reports to: VP of eCommerce
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving ecommerce growth in key non-US markets, primarily UK, AUS, CAN, EUR.
- Introduce robust performance monitoring for non-US markets.
- Set growth goals and build project roadmaps to fulfill objectives
- Work directly with HQ teams to support INTL growth projects (eCommerce, Tech, CX, Paid Media, Retention marketing, Brand marketing etc)
- Work with performance marketing team to carve out budget & resource to implement
