Event Project Manager - Luxury House

This position with a renowned luxury brand company involves managing, coordinating, and leading global and local events while adhering to the brand’s esteemed image and positioning. The Event Project Manager collaborates with various HQ departments and local teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of events worldwide. The role demands creativity and an exceptional ability to manage relationships and organize complex projects in line with strategic brand objectives.

This role reports to the Global Press and Public Relations Director, while maintaining close collaboration with all headquarters departments as well as local teams. The position demands ensuring that the image and positioning of the Maison are consistently upheld during worldwide events.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Project Management & Coordination

  • Oversee major global and local events, partnering with local teams to align with brand guidelines and market needs.
  • Utilize a ROI-oriented approach: define KPIs, create 360° event presentations, retro planning, conduct alignment meetings, deploy tools, and report post-event findings.
  • Collaborate with HQ teams (Marketing, VM, Image, CRM, Com) for event alignment and asset/tool development.
  • Contribute to the creation of event guidelines, including institutional events, product/collection launches, KCP events, and PR events.

Organization of HQ & French PR Events

  • Lead the organization of global and French press days, PR trips, KCPs, thematic events, and other significant PR events.
  • Develop briefs and recommend agencies for pitching, including monitoring trends and competitors.
  • Manage projects and partnerships to ensure optimal event production, including venue selection, creative development (scenography, experience, catering), product availability, guest list coordination, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate comprehensive internal alignments, working closely with the Image team to develop and refine branded assets like save-the-dates, invitations, and other branded items.
  • Oversee event budgets and retro planning.
