My duties include assisting the store manager in all aspects of the store management process oversee and supervise Associates and other store staff to ensure adherence to company policies, analyze store KPIs act accordingly to produce positive results and maximise sales. In addition recruitment of new talent for the store,monitoring and training new employees, managing employee schedules and conducting performance reviews. Last but not least ensuring the store meets all safety standards while building and maintaing a high level of customer experience by providing guidance and leadership to the team.
Acting as a Floor Manager my duties consist of motivating and coaching my team to provide our customers with the best customer service experience, making sure that the shop floor is running smoothly and the daily tasks are completed promptly. In addition to that, my role consists of making sure that the visual aspects of the shop are all kept at a high standard and our daily targets are met. Some of my key responsibilities include analyzing the sales reports and performance tracking. My achievements as a Floor Manager have been the increase of sales through commercial making decisions and coaching my team into being their best selves at work.
My responsibilities surrounding this role were all directed to the visual aspect of the stores. Maintaining high standards for our customers as well as providing them with clothing items of the latest trends. As a Visual Merchandiser, I was able to support the store's sales and overall performance through showcasing fashion outfits on mannequins making sure they were up to date with the newest fashion trends always in line with the brand's image, launching campaigns in-store using the correct graphics to promote company strategies. In this position, I was able to help turn low-selling items into best sellers using the right styling and outfit-building techniques. Additionally, support several departments in the store to achieve better performance through layout planning and changing.
As a sales advisor my main duties on the floor where to keep it recovered and tidy, acknowledge customers and serve them when needed or on the cash desk. In my time there i was appointed stockroom responsible for a period of 3 months where I made sure to replenish the store hourly and overstock the excess delivery.
