Sales Associate - Chinese Speaker

We are seeking a passionate retail professional to deliver exceptional service and support our brand's vision and clientele in our flagship in Milano.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with the brand's standards.
2. Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base, offering personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Assist in maintaining the store’s organization, cleanliness, and inventory restocking.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve both brand and store objectives.
5. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Profile

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury retail environment, with specific experience in the ready-to-wear department.
2. Familiarity with luxury brand service standards and the ability to contribute a client book of high-potential clients.
3. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
4. Demonstrated ability to engage professionally with management and coworkers.
5. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the capability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian, English, and Chinese.
