We are currently seeking an exceptional Client Advisors to join our Harrods team on a full-time permanent basis. A solid proven track record within a similar role in luxury or premium retail is advantageous however not a must.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure the achievement of the sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.

· Build long lasting relationships with the new clients and maintain long-term relationships with DG loyal clients.

· Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

· Uphold housekeeping standards in all areas of the store.

· Able to maintain the visual display of the products.

· Understand and follow all company policies and procedures related to sales and service.

· Ensure security awareness through client approach and service.

Requirements

· Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques

· Strong team player

· Proven and demonstrable track record with successful results in a similar role

· Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills

· Eligibility to live and work in the UK
