This is a hands-on, in-store role based exclusively at our Notting Hill location and requires regular weekend working as part of the weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our Notting Hill store

• Recruit, train, and motivate the in-store team

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales performance

• Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and operational processes

• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation consistently reflect Meri Meri’s brand standards
