Position Summary

Join Kimai as the first point of contact for clients in our Paris boutique. This role encompasses guiding clients through purchases such as bridal, fine jewelry, and gifts, while aiming to build a loyal, returning clientele. Success in this position is based on both the customer experience and sales numbers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome and advise clients in-person and through appointments at the boutique
2. Assist clients throughout their purchase journey, including engagement rings and custom pieces
3. Achieve and surpass individual and boutique sales targets
4. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including lab-grown diamonds, recycled gold, and craftsmanship
5. Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients via CRM, follow-ups, and securing repeat business
6. Represent the brand at boutique events and occasional off-site activations
7. Ensure boutique presentation and stock levels are consistently maintained
8. Provide client insights and trend information to the wider team

Requirements

1. Previous experience in fine jewelry sales (bridal experience is highly advantageous)
2. Fluent in French (English proficiency is highly beneficial)
3. A warm, polished, client-first communication style
4. Comfortable with meeting sales targets and consultative selling
5. A genuine interest in the world of jewelry
6. Availability from Tuesday to Saturday

1. Existing client book within the Paris fine jewelry market
2. Experience with CRM tools
3. Social media expertise (content collaboration with HQ)
