We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Studio Manager to join one of our clients.

This brand is built on the concept of high quality materials mixed with subversive culture and modern craftsmanship. Founded in New York City and relocated to Italy, its Founder and Artistic Director combines influences from his upbringing in California and New York with his commitment to detail, innovation and desire to push new ideas forward.

This is a permanent contract to start early 2024.


Job Responsibilities

As a Studio Manager, your role will primarily revolve around providing support to the Collection Director while closely collaborating with our studio team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Collection Management

  • Updating mood boards and collection plan information.
  • Coordinating the overall collection retro-planning in collaboration with several departments and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to the collection timeline and alerting relevant parties of any delays or issues.
  • Participating in organizing various events related to the collection presentation, including coordinating photographers, shoots, fashion shows, etc.
  • Writing and tracking the distribution of sales support tools such as look books, color charts and sales books.

PLM Development

  • Overseeing the development of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
  • Coordinating the various phases of product lifecycle database creation and updates, including material, models, articles, tech pack, BOM, showroom orders, and SMS, dashboards, pricing.
  • Training the studio team as the tool and team develop.

Studio Management

  • Organizing various meetings (product committee, fittings, collection review, etc.).
  • Drafting and distributing meeting minutes, following up on the actions agreed upon.
  • Managing the studio calendar (holiday planning: internal / suppliers, meeting, travel, various events, etc.).
  • Reconciling invoices and tracking them in conjunction with the accounting department.
  • Managing inventory and stock movements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A graduate from a Fashion school or ISEM, ESTAH, MODSPE, MODART or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in product development or style within a fashion environment.
  • Dynamic and reactive.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and adept at prioritizing tasks.
  • Independent and autonomous.
  • Highly attuned to fashion and luxury.
  • Proven ability to develop quality relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Provides quality information to higher-ups and other departments.
  • Maintains confidentiality at all times.
