Success fees will be paid as soon as we receive the funds from the client. The timing of this will depend on whether we’ve placed a permanent or freelance talent member, more details below.

Referred talent member is successfully hired within 12 months of signing up

• When your referred talent member gets booked or hired via Dweet for the first time, you will be paid 25% of the Dweet fee, up to a maximum of £1,500 success fee. This applies for both permanent and freelance missions, whichever is the first contract.

Referred brand successfully hires through Dweet within 12 months of signing up

• When a brand you have introduced us to books or hires their first talent member via Dweet, you will be paid a success fee dependent on the Dweet tier of the client - SME, Mid-market and Enterprise. The success fees are £200, £500 and £1,500 respectively.

Referring a new opportunity with an existing Dweet client

• When you connect us with a hiring manager for a new opportunity with an existing Dweet client that we were not previously working on, you will be paid 25% of the Dweet fee, up to a maximum of £1,500 success fee. This applies for both permanent and freelance missions, whichever is the first contract.

Freelance mission success fees will be paid in monthly instalments. Fees vary slightly each month in line with the hours or days that the talent member has worked. We will therefore share a percentage of our margin received with you, usually within 30 days of the end of each month. For a freelance contract to qualify for the referral programme, the monthly margin or fee must be equal to or higher than £500 per month for a minimum of three months.

Permanent mission success fees will be paid approximately every 6 weeks, with the entire amount being issued over the course of a 6-month period. This is to take into account the possibility that the contract may be terminated within the first 6 months and in the event that Dweet must return a portion of the Dweet fee. Your success fee is a percentage of the Dweet fee that we retain. For a permanent contract to qualify for the referral programme, the margin or fee must be equal to or higher than £4,500 as a minimum.
