This exciting role requires the ability to effectively oversee product development from the innovative concept stage right through to production, ultimately delivering a product that epitomizes superior craftsmanship. ## Responsibilities

In this role, your daily tasks may include:

- Effectively handling product development stages from ideation to production

- Executing practical development while managing processes

- Developing and implementing best practice

## Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will bring:

- Specialization in leather goods product development

- A deep understanding of fashion and luxury

- Proven track record of managing the entire product development process

- Experience in sourcing and supplier relationship management

- Knowledge of leather, exotic skins, and material selection for product development

- Experience in hardware and components development

- Quality control expertise

- Ability to define processes for best practice and manage teams

Additional assets for the role:

- Italian language skills

- Experience with bags and trunks

## Working Conditions

This position offers the possibility for a hybrid working model with at least one day a week required in their London office. The role may evolve into a permanent position with additional responsibilities in collection merchandising. Some travel to Italy will be required.
