Head of Social Media & Influence

We're looking for a Head of Social Media & Influence specialized in Fashion for a French Luxury Fashion House. This is a permanent contract to start ASAP. Fashion background is a must.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Community Management

  • Oversee all brand social networks and develop a comprehensive social media strategy.
  • Establish the editorial line and define the brand's social media charter.
  • Create and manage the editorial calendar, content, and publication schedule.
  • Animate the community with posts, stories, interactions, and engagement tactics.
  • Ensure consistent editorial messaging across all platforms.

Strategy

  • Define KPIs for content and platforms to leverage performance and guide decision-making.
  • Produce weekly reports and identify engagement and growth levers for our communities.

Project Management

  • Collaborate with in-house teams for content creation, strategic planning, and project coordination.
  • Develop a community interaction strategy, digital activations, and enhance the brand's e-reputation.
  • Build a dedicated fanbase around the brand.
  • Identify new trends and conduct ongoing social network monitoring and benchmarking.
  • Produce reports, monitor KPIs, and extract insights for improvements.

Copywriting

  • Define social media tone-of-voice and write engaging captions in English and French.
  • Implement a hashtag strategy for all brand products/projects.
  • Write, edit, and publish compelling posts for various social networks including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Paid Media

  • Promote key business drivers via paid media in collaboration with e-commerce teams.
  • Oversee the social media agency responsible for programming our social media campaigns.

2. Influence Management

Strategy

  • Define the influencer strategy aligned with the brand's image and universe.
  • Identify international influencers and continuously monitor new talent.

Public Relations

  • Manage influencer interactions: initial contact, briefing, partnership framing, remuneration negotiations, and content creation assistance.
  • Organize portages and giftings, and manage influencer budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of activation campaigns.
  • Propose new activations and opportunities with influencers.

Profile

  • Graduate of a business school or university with a Master’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Media.
  • Strong Fashion background is a MUST.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Recognized for your rigor, attention to detail, organization, curiosity, and aesthetic sense.
  • Passionate about digital, high-end brands, and distribution.
  • Keen eye for luxury goods, retail trends, and the Paris scene.
  • Bilingual with excellent writing skills in French and English.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.
  • Strong knowledge of the social media environment, including language, codes, influencers, platforms, and innovations.
  • Knowledge of Chinese social networks and Google Analytics is a plus.
