TASKS :
Assists the Store Manager in its missions:
o Sales development (welcoming, sales advice and portfolio management
clients)
o Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality
towards customers,
o Ensuring the good presentation of the boutique
o Stock management and its optimization
o Planning and organization of the team
o Distribution of tasks and their execution
o Reporting on the activity of point of sale
o Follow up of the projects
o Support to the achievement of general and personal objectives
- Ensures with the Store Manager that the whole organization of the boutique is oriented towards sales and customer service
- Ensures the follow up (internally and with headquarters) of all the initiatives organized in the boutique
- Assists the Store Manager in staff training
- Check with the Store Manager that all administrative & operational tasks are
- executed correctly (cashdesk, reception of products, customer support, customer
- service, ...)
