The role will call for a hands-on approach with an analytical focus. Product Owner - Paris - Luxury Fashion
Responsibilities & Key Activities
- Accountable for the global E-Commerce projects roadmap: manage the entire portfolio of projects, prioritizing them based on business priorities and overall strategy
- Oversee global planning through execution of major project launches
- Provide a detailed project plan, budget estimation and management, resource planning and assessment, financial planning, and risk assessment.
- Partner with multiple business stakeholders to align on cross-functional processes, prioritization of requests, entrance criteria, risk mitigation, technical readiness, tooling functionality and strategy.
- Identifies Improvements for the website (Front & Back): new features and functionalities, process optimization
- Write-down the User Stories and detailed specifications in order to get the most precise estimate (time, complexity and cost)
- Coordinate Release with the different eCommerce team members and organize Testing on all devices and versions
- Work closely with IT on backend development and best system architecture.
- Responsible for all website evolutions ensuring execution excellence (Q&A team)
- Create and facilitate presentations to top management
- Manages external agencies and partners: support them throughout all phases of projects and launches
- Identify and troubleshoot website bugs. Diagnoses technical problems and advise/implement on the best feasible solution. Prioritize backlog
- Monitors constantly website technical performance (loading time, crawl)
Qualifications
- +4 years’ project management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodology and tools (Agile..). Managerial, organizational, and analytical skills
- Omnichannel experience is a plus
- Magento, Shopify and Salesforce knowledge a plus
- Ability to think fast and come to rational conclusions quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across various groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a matrix organization
- Skill and desire to motivate teams and coach them
- Must be a high-energy, hands-on, creative thinking and risk-taking individual.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing eCommerce environment.
- Fluent in English and French is required.
