Wolford is seeking a proactive and results-driven District Manager to join their vibrant team. As a key ambassador representing Wolford's culture, values, and approach, the role involves optimizing sales and profitability through effective management and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will support London boutique managers and teams in fostering lasting relationships with customers and a positive work environment, ensuring Wolford's high standards are met across all our boutiques. The scope is very exciting with 4 stores and a development plan for future areas.


Objectives

- Sales and KPI Management: Implement monthly and annual action plans to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by optimizing processes and procedures.

- Team Support and Training: Aid in building strong team relationships, supporting the Trainer in staff development, and ensuring adequate training for boutique managers.

- Brand Representation: Act as a Wolford ambassador, fostering the brand's culture both internally and externally.

- Visual Merchandising : Coordinate between the VM team and boutiques to ensure adherence to guidelines and processes.


Team Management

- Recruit and build a diverse team capable of meeting set objectives.

- Oversee planning and annual leave scheduling by boutique managers aligning with business needs.

- Promote a business-oriented mindset, encouraging team building and role-playing.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and actionable insights.


Financial Management

- Set and analyze sales targets and KPIs for all locations, managing operational expenses and staff productivity.

- Implement retail guidelines and tools as defined by the company.

- Provide timely reports, proposing corrective actions as needed.

- Oversee stock management, minimizing losses, and optimizing inventory processes.


Operations

- Identify and implement improvements in processes and systems in collaboration with the Retail Manager.

- Monitor all boutique expenses and maintain store standards.

- Cultivate new and existing business relationships in partnership with managers.

- Plan and execute retail marketing activities according to the marketing calendar.
