Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Growth for our Platform and emerging luxury fashion portfolio. Reporting into the Cofounder and CFO, in this leadership role, you will be responsible for building the growth function for the platform, by growing existing and adding new B2B customers for our platform services as well as helping scale the Another Community’s own brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue expansion, strategic partnerships, and market penetration across diverse brand portfolios and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development
- Create and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the platform's goal of scaling from 3 to 10 brands and achieving revenue growth from USD 3m to USD 500m within the next 4 years.
- Develop strategies and lead growth of all Platform verticals: Digital Agency, Operations and Distribution
- Identifying acquisition opportunities through your own personal and professional network in the industry.
- Business Development
- Service Positioning: Define the positioning of Another Community’s service offerings, including Fulfilment services, distribution, promotion, and other services for business growth.
- Lead client negotiations and prepare presentation materials
- Collaborate closely with brand leaders to align growth initiatives with brand objectives, ensuring a consistent and integrated approach.
- Cooperate with departmental leaders to ensure the best client experience.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Collaborating with Brand leaders, relevant AC vertical and Finance team to establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives across the platform for AC Brands and customers
- Provide regular performance reports to the board, brand leaders, and external B2B customers, providing actionable insights
- Collect, analyze, and respond to customer feedback, as well as make recommendations for service quality improvements.
- Brand Representation and External Engagement:
- Serve as the face of the platform, representing our services to external brands, partners, and customers.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior growth leadership role within the fashion industry or a similar multi-brand platform environment.
- Client-focused mindset
- Track record of successfully driving revenue expansion and market penetration for diverse brands and portfolios.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies, including partnership development.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
