An opportunity has opened for an Affiliate and Partner Executive to join our client, THE FLOORR.

THE FLOORR is an innovative start-up building a unique hybrid SaaS platform to service a rapidly growing and extremely valuable space within luxury retail. The Founder of THE FLOORR, Lupe Puerta, has been at the heart of the fashion industry for two decades – from her beginnings at Harrods and Selfridges to her 15 year-tenure as Global Director of VIP Client Relations for NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER. With THE FLOORR she is building the solution that she asked businesses to build for her clients and personal shopping teams for years.

THE FLOORR is in essence a B2B operating system for personal shoppers and the world’s largest luxury retailers. The blended subscription/commission model provides a best-in-class global clienteling solution - connecting the global client facing community with access to a global product feed and the tools to offer a seamless experience for their clients.

The Affiliates and Partner Executive is mainly responsible for liaising with advertising partners globally, dedicated to supporting TF’s brand and retailer affiliate partners directly and via their respective affiliate network partners. This role acts as the main day-to-day contact fulfilling: account management, troubleshooting, and data.

Main Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for Brands/retailers affiliate advertising partners

• Primary point of contact for affiliate network partners

• Data Management Support– as it relates to affiliate advertisers

• User enquiries – support broader team with client service queries


Affiliate Advertising Partner and Affiliate Network Support Overview:

-Establish and maintain excellent relationships with our Brand and Retailer partners and Affiliate Networks and be the main point of contact for communication with these partners, alongside the Head of Product and the Founder.

-Ensure THE FLOORR are managing all deliverables, maintaining strong communication with the partners.

-Work independently to negotiate and secure the strongest commission levels and commercial terms for THE FLOORR.

-Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, feedback, reported issues, and next steps actions - ensuring prompt and consistent follow-up as needed.

-Take a proactive approach in solving issues with assigned clients, escalating issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.

-Work independently to develop and produce all necessary account management documentation and reporting - regular and bespoke per partner.

-Proactively identify opportunities to create deeper partnerships and ad-hoc activations based on THE FLOORR’s business and product pipelines.

-Take initiative to research potential new partners to strategically target and propose to team.

- Awareness of KPIs and operating always with a view towards fulfilling or exceeding targets.


Data Management Support Overview:

-Consistently and methodically work to check partner data feeds for products, brands, and other attributes that sit outside THE FLOORR’s defined criteria and/or categorization.

-Support the Head of Product and Founder to ensure databases are all updated and in line with THE FLOORR guidelines.

-Receive and log support requests related to product data management.

-Investigate reported issues, identify root causes, where possible, and provide timely solutions or escalate as needed.

-Monitor data feeds from affiliate networks for anomalies, errors or inconsistencies.

-Conduct regular data quality checks and perform necessary data cleansing tasks.


User enquiries support (ad-hoc):

-General admin support for THE FLOORR users - help resolve administrative enquiries or issues

-FAQ

-Onboarding Support

-Troubleshooting

-Refer more complex queries to Sales, Marketing, or Management, as appropriate

At times, you may be asked to provide general administrative support to the Founder and the team related to the above tasks.


To be considered for this role, you will be required to demonstrate:

• Understanding of the affiliate marketing industry.

• Understanding of how affiliate marketing fits within the context of the wider online marketing mix.

• Effective handling and/or escalation of issues with assigned accounts.

• Proven track record of successful client and team relationship building.

• Experience presenting commercial and data driven content to internal and external groups.

• An approachable and unflappable manner, and ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Ability to self-motivate and work to optimise assigned accounts without day-to-day guidance.

We can be flexible about hours, location and terms, but we are looking for someone who will become a long-term core member of THE FLOORR team.
