Responsibilities: 

-Work directly with the creative director

- Coordinate the creative side of the business W/W and SLGs

- Create creative and commercial strategies for the company setting and managing KPIs

- Managing the creative team keeping a commercial and growth mindset 

- Researching trends and creating new trends strategies and ideas

- Liaising with factories to ensure deadlines and quality control are met

- Making presentations on new season trends

- Liaising with our account managers and technologists to ensure products are developed to meet quality and price requirements

 The Candidate:

- Ideally must have 6-7 years of experience working with various retailers in the luxury industry

- Pro-active and creative

- Passionate about design and fashion

- Able to work in a fast-paced and hardworking environment

- Ability to multi-task and be flexible to work as part of a team and individually when needed

- Highly enthusiastic and motivated

- Excellent communication skills

- Customer knowledge of luxury brands & awareness of cost and competitors

- Strong presentation and teamwork skills

- Keen to contribute ideas

- Strong skills on Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign

- Able to identify emerging trends and interpret them for commercial product ranges

- Able to work to a critical path and work well under pressure
