Richemont is looking for an experienced Store Manager with a passion for luxury fashion and jewellery to join our team. Our ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail sector, specifically Women's Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Jewellery. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in your store, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through creative marketing initiatives. You will also act as a brand ambassador – representing Richemont’s values of excellence, craftsmanship and innovation whilst maintaining high standards throughout all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of store including inventory control, cash management and staff training.
• Develop new strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service by fostering an environment that promotes client centricity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Motivate & develop employees to reach their fullest potential.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience working in a luxury retail environment; preferably RTW/Jewellery related field .
• Ability to lead a diverse team in order to reach goals set by senior management.
• Experience developing innovative marketing plans that drive increase foot traffic & revenue growth .
• Proven track record working with budgets and financial projections .
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
