Support for daily monitoring of direct customer requests (delivery, invoicing, samples, asset requests, swaps, restocking.).
Support for daily monitoring of agent requests (delivery, invoicing, samples, asset requests, swaps, restocking).
End-of-season return follow-up support.
Customer performance monitoring support (sell thru reports).
COOP Marketing performance monitoring support (qualitative and quantitative analyses).
Key Accounts shooting coordination support.
Support coordination and performance monitoring of special projects (exclusive capsule, pop-up, corner, etc.).
SS24 Show preparation support (customer invitations, confirmations, placements, confirmations, coordination of sending invitations).
Showroom:
Customer follow-up support.
Support preparation of customer files before showroom.
Linesheet creation support.
Commercial briefing organization support.
Moda Operandi trunkshow coordination support (assets, template to complete, marketing calendar, etc.).
After showroom:
Follow-up of receipt of orders (customer relaunch and entry).
Send replacement proposals to customers if cancellations before the Production deadline.
Creation of the commercial conditions monitoring file.
Support creation of order confirmation tracking file.
Preparation of customer training book with selection of Key Accounts
