A little about Dweet, the good, the bad and the beautiful
We are building the first talent marketplace connecting professionals and companies
in the Fashion & Luxury industry. We are on a mission to create a more flexible and
enjoyable way to work and hire in the Fashion & Luxury industry. We are a purpose driven
organisation that believes passionately in ‘Community over Commerce’.
We are a fast-growing start-up bringing change to our market: it’s an inspiring time
with lots of opportunities to grow, take on more responsibility and contribute to our
journey in a meaningful way. Sometimes it can be a little chaotic, and you must wear
different hats other than your primary responsibility. We find this is part of the fun,
but it’s not for everyone!
We value diversity; our team includes people of all ages, gender, background and who
are based in different locations, including the UK, France and Poland! Everyone in
Dweet has a voice and the opportunity to contribute to our culture and roadmap.
Our head office is in Hoxton, London, and we have plans to open an office in Paris this
year and then New York next year. We embrace flexible working; team members come
to the office one to two days per week depending on location, and we love to all get
together from time to time to help develop our relationships and team spirit.
